Dream Pen Calligraphy (“we”, “our”, “us”) values your trust and is committed to providing transparency in how we handle orders, deliveries, cancellations, and personal information. This policy applies to all products and services purchased through our website.

Shipping Policy

Dream Pen Calligraphy currently ships across India. Each order is handcrafted with care, and we make every effort to ensure timely and safe delivery.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location: Metro and major cities: 4–7 working days, Other locations: 7–10 working days.

Please note:

All items in a single order are shipped together.
Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines are mentioned on individual product pages.
Delivery timelines may vary based on customization complexity, location, and courier services.
Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.
For certain products (such as liquor bottle engraving), shipping may not be available. In such cases, pickup or third-party delivery services need to be arranged as mentioned on the product page.

While we strive to meet timelines, delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order provided they are not dispatch or moved into production.
Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations will not be possible due to the customised nature of our products.
Workshop registrations can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the workshop date for a full refund. Cancellations requested after this period will not be eligible for a refund, as materials and resources are arranged in advance.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via email with your order number.
Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 working days.

Refund Policy

As most of our offerings are customised or handmade, refunds are not applicable once production has begun.
Refunds will be considered only if we are unable to fulfil your order due to unavoidable reasons from our end or in the case of damaged or defective products, provided the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery along with unboxing video.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within the standard banking timeline.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

Your information is never sold, shared, or rented to third parties, except where required for payment processing or shipping.
