Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Dream Pen Calligraphy (“Website Owner”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and you (“you”, “your”) governing your use of our website, products, and services (collectively, “Services”).

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our policies.

Use of Services

You agree to provide accurate and complete information while placing an order or submitting enquiries.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and communications.
All content, designs, calligraphy styles, and imagery on this website are the intellectual property of Dream Pen Calligraphy and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without permission.

Custom Orders & Services

A minimum billing amount of ₹1,500 applies to custom orders.
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm an custom order, with the remaining balance payable before delivery or completion.
Rush or last-minute orders may attract an additional 40% rush fee.

Service-Specific Terms

Envelope Addressing: Includes one line; additional lines are charged separately.
Engraving Services: Products for engraving must be provided by the client unless otherwise specified. Only non-pressurised bottles are eligible for engraving.
On-Site Services: A sample of the product or paper must be shared prior to the event.
Signages: Stands and florals are not included unless explicitly mentioned.
Digital Files: Open or editable files are not included unless requested separately and charged additionally. Files may be delivered in JPEG, PNG, PDF, or other agreed formats.

Payments & Pricing

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payments must be completed as per the agreed schedule for the order to proceed.

Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Dream Pen Calligraphy shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural calamities, courier delays, or technical issues.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
