Order & Process

Please ensure the engraving content (name, message, initials, date, etc.) is final and error-free before placing your order. Engraving is a permanent process and cannot be edited, erased, or changed once completed.

Important Engraving Guidelines

• We engrave only non-pressurised bottles.

• Non-pressurised bottles include: still liquor bottles (whisky, rum, vodka, gin, tequila), wine bottles or any without internal pressure.

• Pressurised bottles such as champagne, sparkling wine, beer, soda, or any carbonated beverage cannot be engraved due to safety and breakage risks.

• For pressurised bottles, we can offer handwritten calligraphy using permanent markers instead of engraving. Our team will inform and confirm this option with you before proceeding.

• We reserve the right to decline engraving if the bottle is unsuitable (instance of pressurized bottle).

• Dream Pen Calligraphy is not responsible for damage caused by internal pressure, glass weakness, or manufacturing defects.

• By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to these guidelines.

Our engraving studio is based in Bangalore (MG Road & Electronic City). For privacy and a smooth workflow, the exact studio address will be shared by our team once your order is placed.

After your order is confirmed, we will personally contact you with the complete address and next steps, following which you may send the product directly to our studio.

Processing Time

Engraving begins only after we receive the product in hand. Our processing time is 2 business days from the time we receive the product in hand.

Delivery Time

Due to shipping restrictions, liquor bottles cannot be couriered. Customers may collect the engraved bottle in person, or arrange local delivery services (such as Porter or Rapido) for pickup from our studio in MG Road or Electronic City, Bangalore.
