Order & Process

Please ensure the engraving content (name, message, initials, date, etc.) is final and error-free before placing your order. Engraving is a permanent process and cannot be edited, erased, or changed once completed.

Sending Us Your Product

After you place the order, simply courier your product to us—or order directly from Nykaa/Myntra/Sephora to our studio address.

Important Guidelines

• Perfume bottles must have a glossy, non-textured surface • The area must have enough blank space for engraving • Engraving is possible only on glass or metal surfaces

Once shipped, please WhatsApp us with your order number and the expected delivery date.

Our engraving studio is based in Bangalore (MG Road & Electronic City). For privacy and a smooth workflow, the exact studio address will be shared by our team once your order is placed.

After your order is confirmed, we will personally contact you with the complete address and next steps, following which you may send the product directly to our studio.

Since this is a custom-engraved product, returns, refunds, and cancellations are not possible once the order is placed. Each engraving is personalised and permanently crafted based on the exact text provided by the customer. We kindly request you to review your spelling, dates, and message carefully before submitting your order.

Processing Time

Engraving begins only after we receive the product in hand. Our processing time is 2–4 business days from the time we receive the product in hand depending on the complexity of the design and order volume.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time: 2–8 days (within India) depending on your pincode. Customers will be notified once their engraved item is dispatched.

We always strive to deliver earlier than the estimated timelines while ensuring the highest quality craftsmanship.

If your engraving includes a custom illustration such as a wedding monogram, pet illustration, or line-art images, please email your artwork/reference photo after placing your order.
