Each order at Dream Pen Calligraphy is thoughtfully crafted to order. Standard turnaround time ranges between 2–6 business days, with delivery taking 4–10 days based on location.
We do offer studio pickup or local delivery within Bangalore via trusted courier partners, kindly contact us for more details.
Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched.
Returns and Exchanges
As all our creations are made-to-order and personalised, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Digital products are non-refundable once delivered. In the rare event of transit damage, we request an unboxing video to be shared within 24 hours so we can assist you appropriately.
